Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned?
All products (with the exception of natural instant turf, synthetic grass or any product measured and or cut to size) can be returned for a full refund or store credit. A proof of purchase receipt from Paul Munns Instant Lawn is required in all circumstances. If a proof of purchase receipt cannot be produced, we cannot offer a refund or store credit. Products for return must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. The original product packaging must be undamaged and fit for return to the shelf.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Products must be returned within 30 days of the date on the receipt in which they appear.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items must be returned to Paul Munns Instant Lawn. 356 Brighton Rd, HOVE, SA 5048.
HOW do customers return items?
Items can be returned in person or shipped back to our store at Hove. Shipped items must be appropriately packaged to avoid shipping damage. A copy of the purchase receipt must be included with the item, including the customer name and contact details.
SHIPPING for returns?
If the item(s) was shipped by us to you, the original shipping costs are not refundable where exchange or refund is due to change of mind. In the case of change of mind, the customer must also cover the cost of shipping the unwanted item(s) back to our store at Hove, S.A. Where we sent an incorrect item or if the item is dead on arrival (DOA), we will cover the cost of freight. All claims for items that were sent incorrectly or were DOA must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item to claim the cost of shipping.
CREDIT for returns?
For returns, customers will be credited by way of a refund on the credit card in which the sale was transacted on or by the issuance of a business cheque.
In-store return option?
Items can be returned in-store at 356 Brighton Rd. Hove, S.A. 5048. Our store is open 6 days from 8.30am till 5pm.
